Now that I'm in my 50's I decided to get a pardon so that I can move on with life, and have all my rights fully restored. I called Attorney Kaizuka. After consulting with him he looked up my record and prepared me for what I need to do to move forward. I offered to pay consultation fees to him. I would have giving him whatever he asked for, but he stated no need "it's okay". What he does not know is that I'm about to call him back and give him my business expungements. I'm grateful! I hired Mr. Kaizuka after being arrested on suspicion of DUI. Although the case took over 4 years to reach a resolution, Mr. Kaizuka was successful. We went to a full jury trial and the case was dismissed by a motion (1354) by the judge mid trial, mid week. Thanks to Mr. Kaizuka for successfully representing and defending my innocence to these erroneous charges by an overzealous Placer County DA’s office.
