I worked with Roop Purewal on a lease transaction for a large orchard property. Roop knew the ins and outs of the transaction after review of the documents and helped the deal come to a successful close. In my book there are attorneys that make deals work and there are attorneys that hinder a deals progression. Roop is a meticulous deal maker. He not only has practical contract knowledge, but also has in depth knowledge of the dynamics of a transaction. This, I believe, he learned from real life, hands on experience from owning and managing his own properties. You don't learn that in law school...although he must have done pretty well there also, being that he graduated magna cum laude

I have known Roop a few years now, and have been using him for property management legal advice for the past 6 months. Roop has been great to work with - responsible, reachable, knowledgable. I like the fact that he owns and manages properties himself - his advice is legally sound, practical, and based on experience.
