If you are looking for an immigration attorney, I highly recommend Peter Kyung. I am not gonna lie, he is the best immigration attorney in Sacramento. He is very kind, knowledgeable, detail oriented, and diligent. Peter guide us through all process by giving us easy instruction lists, quick updates, and kind words. It has been a first-rate experience having Peter represent us in our marriage green card case. Throughout the whole process, ever since the first consultation, he has demonstrated his professional expertise, real passion for the work he does, as well as warm personality. At every step, Peter provided us with meticulous guidance, informative and timely (fast even on weekends or late hours) respondance to every question we came up with, and detailed feedback on the required documents/proofs we collected. Words cannot describe the depth and magnitude of how amazing Peter is. This is someone who has gone beyond above and beyond for my husband and I. I never thought I would need a lawyer to file for naturalization with a criminal history in my past. I called Peter Kyung after reading some of the reviews online to ask him just one question that I had on the application form. He quickly answered my question, and we briefly discussed my case. I used the free consultation he offered and immediately understood that I needed Peter's help. Peter carefully reviewed my case and asked me to provide supporting documents. He wrote an excellent declaration that would persuade any officer who reviewed my case to be on my side. Peter also prepared a mock interview which helped me boost my self-confidence. Peter also represented me during the interview, and I immediately noticed how much USCIS officers respected Peter! My interview went great, and all the supporting documents and the declaration made it easy for the USCIS officer to approve my case. If you need any legal help, please please please work with Peter. He genuinely cares about you and your case. My experience with other lawyers was not good. I was also skeptical at first, but after seeing his dedication and hard work, I will use his help in the future in a heartbeat. Also, he regularly updated me about my case, and it was a relief to have him as my lawyer.
