I can’t thank Mr. Chan enough for the help and support for a family member who got caught up in a in a bad situation. He talked to us without judging the situation. He pushed for the best outcome, which was having all charges dropped! He saved their future, giving them a chance to go back to school and follow their dreams! Very professional people people

He's a standup guy! I had discovered him online, called before even hiring and he gave me useful information, I didn't hire him at that time. I used his information to talk to my public defender but it wasn't going anywhere. About year and half gone by and D.A. was trying to give horrible deal. I contacted Richard again and he took the case even being as old as it was! Couple months preliminary hearings go by and BOOM! Richard informs me all charges were dismissed! Im in the Silicon Valley. I was able to sucuessfull coordinate a resolution to my case. Lawyers are never essy to get ahold of but when its a real emegency in your life its good to find one who will reassure you even when they are skiing in the snow on vacation. Mr. Chan was a great great help. Best attorney I've ever had. I had a violation of probation because i violated a restraining order. I was very nervous. I was looking at worst case 3 years in prison. The district attorney wanted to give me 90 days in jail. Mr Chan spoke with the district attorney and got just 16 days of community service. I was very excited and happy. I am 19 years old. My boyfriend attacked me and I was merely defending myself. Unfortunately, when the police came I was not very clear in telling my side of the story and I was arrested. This firm has represented two of my family members in separate matters and both had successful outcomes. Richard Chan represented me for my 1st DUI. This was a felony charge my first arrest.in my lifetime. Richard Chan used his knowledge of the legal system expertly. I hird this attorney to defend me he talked a lot of trash about what he could do for me and how tough he was. When i paid him a went to court things changed his tune changed. He tuckrd his tail like a cat in court and froze up on me. After spending over $15k i would have been better off using a public defender to top that off her over charged me and never refunded me. He is lousy for a criminal defense lawer.what he do best talk trash and robb you. NEVER USE THIS GUY HE IS A FAKE
