“The day before my trial I was asking Mende to prepare me for my trial. The day before trial I was having conversation with Mende where she was informing me we needed evidence we did not have for trial, and that we had a possible procedural error in which she wanted to continue my case--and request a new trial, again this occurring 1 day before my trial.”
