Micheal and team were very accommodating with their schedule, staying open late and communicating above and beyond. Micheal made personal calls to confirm that everything was the way we needed it and took the time to answer all of our questions. The process of creating a Will was smooth and well organized. The attorney, Mike Yee, met me at a convenient and very nice Folsom location. My dealings with the law firm's main Sacramento office was by phone or email where I received excellent customer service. The legal assistants were knowledgeable and highly efficient. Emails were answered promptly and the phone was answered immediately. It was a pleasure not to have to contend with an automated phone system. I chose this law firm strictly by sight---scrolling through Google. The price was standard. The process began with a free consultation and my only criticism was the attorney began writing up the will during the consultation. I didn't have a chance to think about it and prepare. The balance of the procedure was, however, fine. The job was stress free and done to my satisfaction. I am pleased to have found Yee Law Group and would highly recommend their services.
