I had a bad tenant/person who threatened everything you can imagine. Vanessa helped me get things going explained the process. Sadly CA law favors the tenant even when they've been in the wrong multiple times. The tenant left after i send a 3 day quite notice so thankfully i didn't need to file eviction even though i wanted to so they would get an eviction on their records and no one else had to suffer like i had.

A friend suggested Vanessa might be able to help me with a probate issue I was having and even though she does not litigate probate matters she was able to help me understand where I stood legally and what my options were and suggest a potential litigator that could help me. I was glad I spoke with her she was very helpful in educating me on my situation

She isn’t there to be your friend but she makes you feel like she is by your side. She is going to keep it real with you always as she should. I like the transparency.
