Great customer service and know what they are doing!

My experience has had its ups and downs. But the UPS outweigh the down. My case took a long time I went through several lawyers there was a period of turnover at the office I deal with,, my negotiator drop the ball, I'm going to end up settling for the original offer or go to jury trial three years into this mess. Sadly my accident was 100% not my fault, so I really don't understand why there were so many issues getting to settlement. But, my final lawyer, Brian Plummer, is amazing, he shines like a star in the darkest night. He is really there for me, he actually understands that my biggest problem is the way I was treated by the opposing insurance company. I was 100% not at fault and yes we're quibbling over dollars because I had the misfortune of having medical insurance, payouts are based on actually amount paid for medical treatment and every one knows insurance companies pay doctor's pennies on the dollar. My payout is going to be far smaller than it would have been had I not had medical insurance but that's not the fault of Berg Injury Lawyers. In the end I got a stand up guy on my side who is fighting very hard for my rights and more importantly, what's right. Brian Plummer is amazing I would trust him with my newborn. Update: still waiting! It's been a month since I signed my "final" documents. I have experienced poor service from my "new" contact, you get shifted to a different department at every step it feels, along with several snide remarks about me just trying to get my money. DUH!!!! Three years later and a month past "settling" of course I am trying to get my money! That doesn't mean I deserved to be debased and demeaned for trying to figure out what happened to my payment! Once again, a super star has appeared in the Berg offices! Nothing has actually changed yet, but my "old" contact Rachel Duran responded to my email for help within 18 hours. Rachel Duran made me feel like she actually cares about doing her job. Whether the issue is resolved quickly, or takes another few months, I feel validated and secure because Rachel Duran cares about my needs and issues. I know Rachel Duran will do everything she can to help me get the funds I need to pay the debt incurred from a year of healing. It's really too bad that everyone can't be like Mr. Plumber and Ms. Duran. I got lucky getting those two assigned to my case. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Brian and Rachel, you two make a great team, you both go above and beyond the average in your offices, you both have always treated me with dignity and respect, not once have I felt like you two were not on my team, and your efforts have not gone unnoticed, by me at least. Thank you.

trustworthy i worked with berg negotiator Danelle, she was honest and kept me informed along the way. i were comfortable with them handling my money therefore i referred them to family members

I hired Berg Injury lawyers after a friend recomended them to. Best decision ever!!!! They took care of my case effeciently and answered my questions thoroughly. 100% would recommend

I got into a car accident which I was not at fault and when the other party's insurance company made it clear that they were not willing to pay 100% for damages I decided to contact Berg. They made it seem like they would put their best foot forward however that was not the case. I played phone tag a bunch of times with a few different people only to find out 2 months into the case that they decided to not represent me anymore. Don't waste your time with this law firm!

Do What I’m doing Complain to the State Bar don’t let them continue to ruin lives. REQUEST YOUR ORIGINAL FILE IN WRITING AND MAKE THEM SEND IT TO YOU! It’s yours you paid for it and they are legally required to give it to you. You understand what you hired them to do. See for yourself what was done and NOT done!I know how devastating and painful the experience is; but print out the complaint form from the California State Bar. Go to the most comfortable chair you have and write!

Lousy Service. They don't return phone calls. They only think about their own payment, and don't put clients needs first.

Don't give them the time to even explain why they might be able to ruin your life. They miss every deadline. They dont return phone calls or emails. They mixed up documents from jr/sr. Just basic level things. I HAVE A FREAKING slam dunk case. My 2 children and I are at risk of homlessness and they have to esentially start over because of clerical errors???? I have to hunt them down to get this info 15 days after the intial discovery?? Why couldn't Lorrianze Diaz or her assistant Chris give me a call or reply to my emails. Ive explained my harships and how desperately this needs to be relsolved soon. 2 weeks. I was told in 2 weeks id be ready to sign papework. So clearly they were aware this wouldny be the case at the time or if it wasnt so, if this was some miscommunication, then I should haven be informed. At the best you could say they have horrible communication skills at worst they have blantantly ignored my problems and and treated me like a xase number. IM LEANING TOWARDS THE LATTER.
