Trainor Fairbrook has been instrumental helping with some key commercial real estate items we needed. Extremely helpful and informative, they are ready and willing to advise and act swiftly and efficiently. They know what they are doing and can help you get it done right the first time. Though they are extremely good at cleaning up messes, don't wait until you have a mess, call them before that happens. I've been extremely satisfied with there services and would highly recommend them for anyone with commercial real estate legal needs. Special mentions to Dustin Amrein and David Creeggan for all the help guiding me through some sticky situations.

Is zero stars an option? I can't think of any reason why anyone would possibly want to use him or his firm. He went from bad to worse as the case continued forever! He never came prepared to hearings, if he even showed up. Postponed hearings last second to go on "well-deserved vacations", but had no problem charging to prepare twice for his missed hearings. Billing was full of double dipping without concrete justification. He did not want our case to close, so he could keep the tab open by postponing hearings over and over.
