First off they take most of your money then charge extra fees on top of that. They charged me fees for getting medical bills when they had me get them from the hosptial crazy right! So you will end up with less than half always. Plus there respone time is horrible , process will take longer than regular. They even tell you to come in when there not there an there branch will confirm it an tell you sorry didnt know which office you were talking about. Total waste of time dont do it wouldnt refer anyone unless you like drama stress an going through extras.
