The McLaughlin law office responded to my request for services the very next day. Upon review of the short timeline we had, Mr. McLaughlin immediately went to work and had my documents ready within 1 week. They even sent my documents after hours on a Sunday evening so I would be ready to submit first thing on Monday. I can't say enough about how pleased I and my family are to have found this law office.

I came to Huber Fox by referral from a company I found on the internet. I was new to Sacramento area, so I knew nothing about Elk Grove. I was dealing with a very sensitive family matter that I needed representation & my attorney back home had failed me miserably. I thought my chance of having representation or even a voice in the matter had disappeared. (This is all during the massive shutdown /pandemic) I was kinda hopeless. I found Mr. Ben Fox, who believed in me & was willing to pick up my case in the middle of it & without meeting me in person. That's when I was introduced (by phone) to Austin Adams. Nothing but good to say about the crew at Huber/Fox. I was involved in a trust dispute and had an out of court agreement coming together when I contacted Huber/Fox. I wanted to learn more about the trial process in case it came to that but was primarily looking for assistance with a formal out of court agreement. I called a number of attorneys throughout the entire state of California to give me a professional opinion on an estate situation I have with my brothers, and Mr. Benjamin Fox was the only attorney to take the time and energy to get back in with me not only in a timely fashion, but with a very comprehensive understanding and overview of the situation. Because of the complexity of the case early on, he knew California would not be the venue, and yet he still did his due diligence, and went out of his way to give us pointers and professional, legal information that he did not need to provide. I was referred to Benjamin Fox through another attorney and I met with Mr. Fox made time for my case even though he was slammed a couple major cases.
