I would highly recommend HuberFox Law grp, we were very lucky to have Ben Fox representing us he is definitely a go getter and very knowledgeable about the law and I might add loves his job from what I have observed from his dedication. He has been trying to fix what a horrible fiduciary has done to our family probate since 2018 and finally 2021 it has all been mediated and settled in which case, if we had not hired this law group the fiduciary would have taken everything (even though she was way overpaid) ! We also worked with Austin Adams which is another great lawyer that kept track of everything and was very good with all communication throughout this long process. Great guys to work with, very professional. I would like to Thank you both for standing up for what is right !

I always thought by having a Living Trust it would be so easy. I found out differently. My parents left their house in a living Trust and upon their death it would be left to my brother and myself. Upon the death of my brother I became the sole trustee but my brothers daughter brought a Will into it and tried to cut her brother out of his part or their dads estate. She didn’t want to share. Being the sole trustee of the trust I knew I had to find an attorney because this wasn’t going to be easy. Jonathan told me It was my responsibility legally to make sure my brothers estate was handled correctly. Needless to say I am so thankful to have been recommended to Jonathan Huber!
