Great and smart attorney. He will fight hard for your case. If there is any small error in your report or procedure he will find it. After a year of fighting my case he got it thrown out. 99% of attorney's take your money and it will be VERY HARD to get a hold of them. You literally get responses from him in minutes (during business hours, i never tried calling him in the middle of the night.) I can guarantee he will fight hard for you.

When we came to Carlos A. Ramos, the case had already been to court several times, and our old Attorney, just wasn’t giving us any positive answers, we literally were doing all the work, But Carlos was referred to us by a friend and let me tell you, from the very first phone call we made, he took the lead! My husband and I hired Carlos A Ramos after having to let our attorney at that time go. We called on a Friday afternoon the Friday before Easter (Good Friday) was able to meet with him that evening to discuss my husband charges. Mr. Ramos told us out straight what could happen being honest with us. Mr. Ramos did a great job in handling all 5 of my husband charges even having to travel down south to Kern County near Bakersfield CA to take care of 1 them the other 4 were here in Stockton CA. Mr. Carlos Ramos is an awesome attorney. I was referred to him through a mutual friend and I'm glad I chose him to represent me. Carlos is a stand up man and extremely straight forward. He never gave me the run around and I didn't get the impression from him that he was just out to take my money as I did get that with previous attorneys that I had spoken with before I hired Mr. Ramos. Carlos was also very easy to work with and good at explaining every detail that had to do with my case. He returned my calls and text messages on a timely manner. Mr. Ramos succeeded in getting a potential life sentence reduced to a sentence of 44 months. My son will serve 80% of this sentence and the time that he has already served in jail will also be deducted from this sentence. I can't begin to express how grateful my son and I are to Mr. Ramos.
