I know Jennifer Hemmer from her charity work and community leadership on behalf of the Sacramento Sports Commission, Sacramento Ballet Board, youth basketball coach, and other support of arts, culture, and sports in Sacramento. She's an absolutely stellar person, one I admire greatly. I've consulted with her on my family's legal affairs, and referred her to several friends over the years going through difficult family transitions. My experience and those of my friends is that she's handled our concerns with sound advice, sensitivity, and a cost-effective process using negotiated settlements as much as possible.
