It has been 11 years this week since my accident on a construction site. I still cry when the anniversary comes, even when I’m not aware that it is here. Today, I am crying because I am so grateful to Roger Dreyer and Chris Wood for setting up a future for my children and me. As a single mom of one high-schooler and one college-age child, I knew we were in trouble without help. The accident (16’ fall from ladder) was not my fault. OSHA lied on their report. These men proved that what I said was true before we even went to court. Five years later, my case went to court. I knew what I had to lose and what we wanted to gain. I was scared and they were with me every step of the way. I cannot explain how invaluable their support and experience meant to me after feeling like my life was worthless to those who should’ve cared for and about me. They showed me my worth and for that I am eternally grateful. Oh, and we beat their butts in court, so I can take care of my children like they deserve- one is in a doctorate program and the other is graduating from college and getting ready for vet school. Roger and Chris took care of us all. Thank you.

Anthony Garilli is an excellent attorney. I am forever grateful for him and DBBWC. Anthony won my case for the maximum possible amount and I walked away with a life-changing amount! He kept my costs minimal and saved me money. My case was very complex because of the nature of my injuries. As a result of a hit-and-run MVA, I was injured with a concussion, which caused me to suffer a debilitating autonomic nervous system disorder. Anthony Garilli was wonderful dealing with my case and reaching a settlement. DBBWC was wonderful overall. The firm handled a wrongful death case for my family, which reached a successful settlement.
