In 2005, I was involved in a horrific car accident. At that time my family was confused by what exactly took place, as my vehicle suddenly lost control, spinning into a guard rail, which then impaled my vehicle, resulting in the loss of my right leg, and almost my life. My grandfather had suffered from a motor vehicle accident, years prior, and was helped by Hank Greenblatt, Bob Buccola, and the rest of the legal team at DBBWC. So my family sought to find answers, in regards to my accident, at the very same firm. Throughout the entire lawsuit, Hank, Bob, and the DBBWC team, fought relentlessly on my behalf. I'd just like to stay that generally speaking Lawyers get a bad wrap, how they're portrayed on television or in movies. I thought it was all true, up until I needed one. I was involved in a car accident and didn't know what to do or where to go for help. Some how through social media FB I was having a conversation with a person about my injuries that I sustained and she had referred me to this firm and had nothing but great things to say about them. So I thought, I have nothing to lose, literally... So I made a consultation with an attorney at their firm. The attorney that was appointed to me was Hank Greenblatt. He really listened to me and what I had to say and what my concerns were. He was an Ultimate Warrior of an attorney who fought for not only me but what was right and just. Everyday average citizens pay year over year thousands of dollars to insurance companies, for a "just in case" scenario. We average citizens what to be sure that we are covered and taken care of in case an accident does occur. These insurance companies promise us up and down "your in good hands" or "like a great neighbor they will be there" and whatever else catch phase they want to lure you in with. But when it comes time to require their services, services paid for monthly they aren't there. Or when trying to work with the other person's insurance they completely try to undercut you, confuse you or get you so lost and frustrated that you'll either just settle or quit out of frustration.
