Our friend referred us to Mr Kaushik Ranchod for family immigration issues.
We were impressed with his explanation of U.S.A immigration requirments and steps we need to follow.
His friendly helpful approach caught our attention to come back for handeling our case.

I hired Vanessa about about a third of the way into my case. My previous attorney was incompetent and delayed in responding to my emails and phone calls. He gave me terrible advise and was not really interested in helping me get the best outcome for my case. To make matters worse, my ex-husband and his attorney were very difficult and were dragging out my case. My situation wasn't looking good and I found myself spending a lot in legal fees but not getting anywhere. Then I found Vanessa and I began seeing a light at the end of tunnel. She gave me so much confidence and reassurance from the beginning of our first meeting. I hired Vanessa just weeks before my mediation. Luckily, she agreed to take my case and immediately began planning a course of action to get me through mediation. Vanessa is very professional, detail-oriented, efficient, knowledgeable, and so much more! She does not waste your time or money. A divorce is extremely expensive and stressful but Vanessa goes above and beyond to represent her clients and interests. Given everything I was facing, I am very satisfied with the results in my case. Vanessa responds timely to all communications and thoroughly prepares herself and her clients for meetings, mediation, and court dates. Vanessa is a true asset and provides so much help during such difficult times.

THE HONEYMOON: We found Mr. Ranchod on Google & Yelp in August of 2019. Rave reviews. My husband and I met with him within a week or two after calling. Mr. Ranchod’s office was neatly decorated with lovely family photos, his law school graduation photo, and various diplomas and awards. I remember noticing the title on his business card: Chief Empowerment Officer. Nicely done, I thought. We had found the perfect immigration attorney.
During our brief meeting, Mr. Ranchod answered all our questions and confirmed that there was nothing out of the ordinary or complex about our case. We needed three I-130 filings and one FOIA request that would possibly lead to a fourth I-130 filing for my husband’s immediate family. We agreed to pay in advance – approximately 5K.
On our way out, Mr. Ranchod gifted us with a small box of swag. A mug, pens, some type of snacks, among other items. He also gave us a couple of his law office quarterly publications. He had us convinced we were in good hands.
Initially, we were assigned to a very capable and responsive paralegal, Brian Guzman. He completed our I-130s and FOIA request on 9/5/2019. We exchanged emails with Brian one additional time in June 2020 when one of our I-130 filings was sent to the National Visa Center and we had to submit financial documents.
HUH???: In October 2020, I tried to reach out to Brian via email and phone. Nothing. I finally called the law office in November and was told that our case had been reassigned to Claudia Linares. Brian was no longer working there. How strange and unprofessional that nobody emailed to tell us that our case was reassigned.
After some difficulty, we were able to schedule a call with Claudia for an update. When we asked her about the projected timeline for my mother-in-law’s residency, she erroneously told us 20 years. I pushed back and asked her to check with Mr. Ranchod (who had estimated 13 months during our consultation), and she told us she would provide a response within 2 weeks.
Two weeks came and went. I called the office and was told that Claudia would get back to me. Nothing. I finally wrote a lengthy email to info@ranchodlaw on 12/9/2020 to ask in no uncertain terms “What on earth is going on???”
Thankfully, that email is what finally did the trick. If memory serves, Claudia was responsive from that point on. That is, until she became a former employee.
THE GRIM REALITY - RAMPANT TURNOVER & ZERO COMMUNICATION: Here we are, almost one year later. Of course, we’d like to get another update on our case. You know how it is. We just seek a little reassurance that our 5K wasn’t wasted on simple paperwork that now sits in limbo.
I called the law office about two weeks ago. It took me two tries to get a call back, but I got through to someone named Jordan who told me he was hired to improve communication. “Thank God,” I told him.
Jordan said our case was currently assigned to someone (not Claudia) who was no longer working there. He promised to let me know who we could call for an update once our case was reassigned. Guess what?? Jordan never called us back. Nobody did. I called the office again. Left a message. Nothing. Nada. Niet.
So… I’m done. I’m done trying. I’m done begging for consideration and decent client service. It’s almost laughable. We were duped. Completely duped by Mr. Ranchod and his lovely photos and box of goodies.
I get that COVID delayed everything. I get that staffing and workloads are still a little upside down. What I don’t get is how Mr. Ranchod is unable to provide the most basic communication to his clients. It’s inexcusable. Plain and simple. And the extent of turnover at his law office is indicative of a much deeper problem. Actions speak louder than words, Mr. Chief Empowerment Officer. And in case you’re interested, I have a few ideas for a more accurate title on your business card.

Vanessa was great and experienced! She really took the time to work with me through some challenging circumstances. She was always professional, responsive, explained the things I didn’t understand, provided me with all of the options, and when it came down to it she fought for my best interests. I am very thankful to have had her expertise while navigating a complicated divorce. Highly recommend! Thanks again Vanessa!

I had a question concerning Green Card renewal process and it's impact on traveling abroad. Mr. Kaushik Ranchod followed up with me in a timely manner and provided me with essential information to help me understand the matter in a way that allowed me to feel comfortable moving forward with future travel plans with confidence about my families status. The Ranchod Law Group has a depth of immigration legal knowledge that I just can't get by looking it up on line.

Very professional and attention to detail. They stood by me all the time even in testing times of uncertainty of Covid and made sure my application was well prepared and I was ready for interview. Mr. Jose was in constant touch with me .Whenever I had any questions he was there to answer. The attorney is best in his trade, he knows how to well prepare and present these immigration cases along with his team

I just want to start by saying I have achieved my permanent residency and I am very happy to start my life in the place I've called home for two decades.
Now I have tried to acquire services from this immigration law firm back in 2019 and basically before I even started explaining my immigration status and what sorta documents I have about my status. One of the individuals who work there asked me to pay the consultation fee first. I was under the impression that consultations are most free, but I was wrong. I paid the fee and the outcome of the consultation was more fees upon fees before I can even start the process of building my case. I was thoroughly disappointed by the attorney who told me that your case is very hard and I would have to leave the country and wait 10 years before I could get in. I immediately started looking for another attorney and a year later I obtain my green card and now I'm starting to go back to school to study law (specifically in immigration laws).
Dear sir/madam
What you did to me was so very discouraging and immoral, but I also want to thank you for such motivation as well.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LAW FIRM at all.

I have had the worst experience with this lawyer, this is no way all these reviews are real.(This lawyer is online marketer) there’s something very fishy about those reviews. This lawyer will take your money and will never talk to you again, and he will hand your your case to a immature lawyer in Different states, you call ask about him you want talk to him, they will tell you he has one week to respond to you ONE WEEK, and you will never hear from him. Total scam.
