We were referred to Ranchod Law through a family friend that was also wanting to seek permanent status in the US once my J1 was to expire. After going back and forth, a few different consultations and research, we decided that we couldn’t tackle the process alone. We were assigned to Melissa at Ranchod Law. She is wonderful. Despite being busy with other clients, we hired her for both our waiver as well as our RFE. She was with us the entire way to answer questions, and was confident in our case - and knew exactly how and when to file the forms.
