Noemi Esparza and Roger Dryer represented my son and I after a terrible car accident. I had a very long recovery and Noemi was very reassuring during the process that they would take good care of us. She was extremely thorough in knowing and learning the facts of the case. She was available to me when ever I had questions or concerns. I was allowed to be a part of the process which was so helpful to me. My case went to jury trial and this was where I saw more of Noemi's strengths and skills unfold in a court room. She was confident and professional and was very comfortable in front of a jury. The judge in my case announced to the jury in Napa County when the trial was over that they had sat through some of the best lawyering they would ever see. I had many witnesses testify and Noemi was amazing at direct and cross examination. She was always prepared and even one step ahead of the defense. Her closing argument for my son was equally impressive. We spent a lot of time together in my nearly month long trial. Noemi was compassionate and got to know my family on a personal level. Noemi Esparza was one of the two primary attorneys whom I hired to represent me following devastating injuries I suffered as the result of a car accident. The case lasted more than three years, and I benefited from Noemi’s genuine compassion and legal professionalism throughout. Noemi collected and preserved evidence which would prove central to the arbitration process, was involved in some of the arguments and questioning involved in the arbitration process, and was the primary attorney involved in handling negotiations with numerous insurance companies. Noemi was particularly impressive with regards to her negotiations with the insurance companies. Not only were her results impressive, but she expended approximately 6 months’ worth of negotiating effort on my behalf AFTER she and the firm she worked for received all of their compensation. She was literally negotiating for NOTHING other than my personal benefit, and she delivered. Ms. Esparza took my case even though it was a small case. Knowing she was on my side allowed me to heal and recover from my car accident without having to worry about fighting with the other party's insurance company.
