Really great experience! Hands down the best firm I have talked to in a long time. And they cover so many different areas! You can really tell they have compassion and treat you like they would family. Call them if your even in need!

Great company & service. Highly reccomend

I will start by saying I got the outcome from the case I was wanting and I appreciate that. From beginning to end, which was one month, I felt like they had no clue what was going on. Communication was horrible. Had 2 scheduled phone calls that they missed by hours and only called when I reach out to see if I was still scheduled. One phone call that I thought was going to be about drafting a response was to tell me what the retainer would be and what they wanted to do. I had already paid the retainer and told them what I wanted to do. Another time talking about a totally different case thinking it was me. Charging me for both those calls. They did everything last minute, filling a response 2 days before the court date. While I’m happy I got the outcome I wanted, they slapped me with a bill over the amount of my retainer. Total over $5,600 for one filed document and to represent me in court. Less than 1 month being a client.

Crazy place

James is a great Lawyer and very helpful ! I am very grateful for everything he has done with my case.

I fell behind on my rent by 2 weeks and my landlord, instead of trying to work with me, filed an eviction action. While I had hoped to negotiate a payment plan to satisfy my obligation, my manager adamantly refused. Mr. Arrasmith was invaluable in resolving my dilemma and I was delighted to watch him"school" my landlord on the law. James won the day for me. I was delighted with the outcome. Bravo James!

I had a problem with my apartment since damage was happening to my personal things because of the owner of the building since it had water leaks and my electronics were damaged, and I lost many other things for which I was working for a long time were expensive things and the time it had cost me was very angry since that leak was not up to me and I reported it but nothing was done, so I called James' office explaining my situation, they told me that they had experience and that they could take my case, so I agreed to let them take my case fortunately James quickly managed to make great progress in the case and finally after a time of waiting we won the case now I got all my money back, and I also got a great compensation to look for a better apartment I thank you for everything to James

To those looking for an attorney, please take this as a warning. James L. Arrasmith is a very bright individual and understands the principles of law - however that does not translate to operating a law firm and representing clients at a high standard. The office seems to have a major disconnect with the attorney, which in terms, delays your case, causes errors in information, time gets "wasted", and you may experience a hassle in obtaining a client agreement. Additionally, It may have high reviews but it appears most of these reviews are created through "fake" accounts. Be wary of a new law office having hundreds of 5 star reviews - it is unlikely a small scale firm will have achieved this. Overall, I would deem this law office to lose most of their client credibility and honesty. If you want an experienced office, this may not be your best choice. So, be cautious and simply don't waste your time! If you have any questions, feel free to reply. Thank you
