I was referred to this attorney, and had a 40 minute intake to discuss my case with a paralegal. I was thorough in the information I provided and documentation, and opted for a 20 minute paid phone call with Mr. Arrasmith. Two of my appointments were no call no show with Arrasmith nor any heads up from the Paralegals that my appointment had been removed from his schedule. On the third attempt Mr. Arrasmith was 30 minutes late to our call. I made significant effort to be available in my schedule for each of these calls. On the phone, Mr. Arrasmith seemed to have none of the information the paralegal had taken for my case, and provided me the most basic information about California's Lemon Law at a snails pace. I had to interrupt him on several occasions to let him know I had done the most basic googling of terms prior to our call, in an effort to respect his time. I don't feel like my time or money was respected in any way by this attorney.

Had a landlord try to deny my ESA dog. They gave me all the right law and reasons why she was wrong. They know what they’re doing. They know how to get the job done. They were amazingly detailed and really care about your result. Highly recommend !

He absolutely was not prepared to handle my father's case. Updated: I'm a real person, and while I understand my father is...well, difficult to wrangle...I was in court with him yesterday and was not asked to testify for him. He and his girlfriend are...different. You posed questions to her that she didn't understand and made her look stupid by then asking the questions exactly the same way. How could you not observe that she didn't understand your vocabulary? It is my opinion you did not properly prepare them to answer questions appropriately. And it is my opinion that you were not properly prepared or you would have known that they both needed a little extra guidance. And considering they gave you every last cent they had and were going on and on about your experience, knowledge and ability to get them back in their home, it seems like a pricey way to find out they were SOL. In YOUR defense, the judge took issue with my father and his girlfriend immediately upon seeing them if not before, and they did themselves a disservice by expressing any emotion whatsoever in front of the court. It seems to me my father got screwed by his own family and the judge and his attorney.

This office doesn't pick up the phone at all. I called around 2 in the afternoon and hung up the phone after 10 minutes or so.

I just started working with Mr. Arrasmith’s office not too long ago but I can say that everyone that works in his office including him have been super nice and friendly. And also very helpful, they respond promptly and give you all the details that you need and make sure to answer any and all questions that you have. Highly recommend Mr. Arrasmith’s law firm to anyone.

Awful communication..Also, don't post free consultation on your site when you don't offer one..Don't think the state bar would like that.. And have the courtesy and honesty to decline a case, don't just stop responding..its discourteous

Mr. James helped me with an eviction issue that arose and needed urgent attention. Mr. James was kind, understanding, and diligent in working with me. He won my case and succeeded in getting me a fair outcome. I am thrilled with his staff; they work on time and finish the job. Contacted his office for a consultation appointment, and was greeted by a nice lady on the phone who listened to my concerns and went on to proceed scheduling my in person consultation. By the end of the call, she states there will be a fee of $150-$250 , to speak with James. Mind you, his signage states consultations are free. When I went in for my appointment, he didn't greet me and he slammed his assistants door in my face because he was talking inappropriately about spending his clients money. This has to be one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. Understand your actions as a professional speak volumes when gaining customers. The reviewers with 1-5 reviews on their profiles are not authentic, as he's writing his own reviews.
