A friend, who worked with Ms. Simmons, highly recommended her. Trusting my friend, who spoke highly of Ms. Simmons, I changed attorneys, driving to Sacramento from San Francisco. I was in awe watching Ms. Simmons handling my case. The attorney I previously worked with was so incompetent, Ms. Simmons had to fix a lot of his mistakes. Mrs. Simmons wasn’t my first attorney during the custody process But she was the only one that truly watched out for the benefit of all parties involved. There are many attorneys that only want to take the easy cases Cheri took my case which was so entrenched in the courts That I couldn’t see the light at the end of the tunnel and turned it around in a short period of time I have learned through this process that the attorneys hands can be tied if they don’t know how to present the right information.
