We ran into a brick wall when requesting a legal upgrade to our existing mobile home in a Santa Cruz park. The park owner wanted it his way or the highway in conflict with Park Rules and the Law. He was devious and trying to use laws and rules that did not exist. We hired Maurice due to strong recommendations by mobile home experts in the Santa Cruz area. He quickly did the required homework and demonstrated to the Park Owner's attorney that he was out of line but unfortunately he would not budge nor would he make himself for an in person conversation. So Maurice filed and won the required injunction so we could go ahead with our upgrade just as it was originally planned. He then followed through with a damage claim to cover legal and other costs including delay expenses which he also won. Under his guidance this process was seamless, went exactly as planned and with a successful outcome. Mission accomplished. Our thanks to Maurice.
