Have a very winnable case with numerous public entities involved. Have been told someone would contact me a couple times and never have heard from them. They don’t appear to being committed to justice being served.

Never returned call, left message on line and stated i would get a call. No call. I then called the 800 # Never received a return call, then called the 916 number, said to stay by phone that I would get a call soon. Heard nothing back. This was all within a 2 week period.
I just wish they would've responded one way or another to say they didn't want to take the case.

Ryan went above and beyond in assisting ME with my questions regarding injuries from an auto accident.
He didn’t “interview” me solely to see if the firm could make money off of me (which i know is is his job) but went beyond by making sure I was taking the right steps for where I was at this point.
