My Residence Card came in the mail a couple of days ago,24Nov21.I was prepared for the process to take at least 2years. My application was submitted about 10months ago. Crystal Cortez and her team made the whole process seamless . I highly recommend them.

The team that I have worked with at W&O's Sacramento location—including Michael, Crystal and Alondra—are all highly professional and helpful. I appreciate that they totally stay on top of changes with the USCIS (which are often and many!) and are very responsive whenever I reach out with a question or concern, no matter small. Their communication is always very clear, to the point, and covers all the bases without a ton of back and forth, which I have unfortunately not always experienced with other lawyers and legal firms. I do not feel the leadership is out of reach either, and have been able to speak directly to Michael, the managing attorney, whenever it was necessary. I believe it's a combination of their - cumulative high level of expertise and knowledge - the team's own good internal communication and - being dedicated to their clients from a place of high integrity that makes them so great to work with. I spoke to many attorneys before landing at W&O and am glad I went with them. They have helped me navigate my immigration journey as smoothly as possible during a stressful period with the former administration and Covid.
