If i could give his practice a 0 star, I would. He is a bs'er. He will talk about everything under the sun, then tag team is wife Angie to be the go between when the tough questions come. He also drags the case along so that he can get more money (for himself, that is) while leaving you with a lost case. I would say, NEVER USE WILLIAM R. ORR
