I had my trust updated in 2013 by mr, Goralka . Iam now back to get the trust updated,again because of the professional job that they did. thanks for the good work.

We have used John in the past to setup our family trust and were very pleased with the results and the experience, so we contacted him again to look into whether to setup a rental property we were buying into an LLC or not. John was very helpful and knowledgeable. He gave us the pros and cons of setting up the LLC, and helped us with the process in a timely manner that fit into the escrow closing time. I would highly recommend John.

A family friend found John here on Avvo and asked him if he would discuss a matter for me involving my CA family trust. His assistant promptly scheduled a call and John was exactly the right person for us to consult. I ended up needing to pursue action in another state so John's firm ultimately was not the firm I needed. We told John we would gladly pay him for this time and trouble. I am a recent widow, and John insisted that it was his pleasure to look at the matter and refused to send a bill. I would recommend John in the future for people looking for a lawyer in Sacramento.

Mr. Goralka and his staff were excellent in executing my Revocable Trust which included my will, advance health care directive my health care choices, authorization for release of medical information, general durable power of attorney for personal care, three certification of trust agreement, general transfer, authorization for cremation & request for final services & disposition of remains. John updated our living trust and wrote a special needs trust for our adult disabled son. It should be noted our case was unusually difficult and complex. We were exceptionally satisfied with his services.
