I first met John back in the 80's when working as auditors at Franchise Tax Board. He is friendly, personable and, I feel, highly intelligent. To gain knowledge on living trusts, I attended one of the seminars conducted by his firm and, being a Saturday, was surprised to see John rather than one of his employees conducting the seminar. The seminar was free, very informative, and questions were answered. By attending, you also receive a discount on your living trust package. His estate planning packages are complete and the basic plan that I purchased included the living trust, pour over will, durable power of attorney, advance health care directive, and numerous other directives, instructions, and authorizations. Draft copies of all documents were provided to us for review and all questions were answered prior to the document being finalized. All of my and my wife's wishes were incorporated into the various documents and I am extremely satisfied with the finished product. I have complete confidence and trust in John and highly recommend his firm for your estate planning needs.
