Trust me when I say there is no better attorney. Dan was recommended to me by another attorney for a rather complicated case with Social Security. When I spoke to Dan over the phone, he explained the process thoroughly and was very patient with me when I had questions. As a resident of San Francisco, I have an array of attorneys to choose from, especially in the Bay Area, and out of all the ones I spoke to (there were several), Dan was the best one for the job. Dan is definitely worth the commute to his Sacramento office. Appealing to Social Security is a tedious and stressful process, and Dan handled my case with the utmost care. He's extremely knowledgeable and was clear-cut at explaining the process to me where I could understand it plainly. It took roughly over one year to hear back from Social Security, but Dan would check in with me periodically to reassure me he's on top of things, and that we're just waiting to hear back from Social Security. Dan is incredibly intelligent and is skilled with these proceedings. He was very calm throughout the process and explained to me in detail what’s to be expected, and ultimately won my case. He’s worth every penny and more, and if you're feeling gracious, please don’t forget to tip your attorney or buy him/her lunch.

First let me begin with telling you how Dan Lee saved me. I was injured on the job and was going to PT at a certain hospital. The PT actually worsened my condition. I was referred to Mr. Lee, and he put an end to my misery. I worked for a "GAS & ELECTRIC CO." that made me go through hell for years. MR Lee battled their attorneys and proved he was out for my best interest. After many battles with this company's lawyers and WC adjustors, Mr. Lee finalized a six figure settlement that I definitely did not expect. He went way beyond my expectations. If you are in search of a great WC attorney, I highly recommend Dan Lee. I'm only sorry that 5 stars are the most I can rate Mr. Lee. The Best!!!

I asked my doctor to refer to a lawyer who could take over my work comp case, and the person he told me to see was Daniel Lee. I was very happy with his services and was glad to be able to talk to his lawyer wife Gina when he wasn’t around to answer. He got me a great settlement and now he helps out my brother on his own case. He knows a lot about social security and unemployment payments which I didn’t even know about. Dan is friendly and took good care of me even during my worst of times.

He came recommended to me by a friend and I was glad he did. He was very informative, attentive and explained to me how the system worked. He gave me a heads up on all of the steps that they make injured employees go through and a time frame as to how long it would take. Applying for Worker's Comp can be very time consuming and grueling and Mr. Lee was there with me the whole way. On occasion I had the pleasure to speak with his wife who is an attorney as well and she is very professional as well. My husband is applying for S.S, Disability and we will definitely let him handle that case as well. I felt as if he took my case personal and did not treat me as just another file on his desk.
