Great law firm honest

Stu and his team (Janet, Tiffany, Natalie, and Ali) were very good to me and made me feel really comfortable. Whenever I had a question, there was careful thought put into every answer and they always responded quickly. Due to all of my treatments, (I have had 6 different surgeries and major complications), it was hard to keep track of my medical history. Stu and the firm help me get and organize all the documents required for my case. They knew more about my medical history than I did. My case settled and I was happy with the amount. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

Stuart is a genuine attorney who sincerely seems to care about everyone who was affected by these criminals, not only the clients of his. That says a lot about his character. He did a blog for a bellwether trial and he really broke things down and made it very understandable, and I appreciate everything that he has done to keep everyone informed. I wish I would have known about this law firm prior to hiring the firm I did. Thank you so much for your dedication to the 9,000 plus people suffering.

The legal advice Bill Kershaw has provided for me over the years has been very helpful. He has been indispensable in overcoming legal issues I have endured. He is very approachable, and answers all my questions and concerns. I would recommend him and the firm because you know your case will be handled with the attention to detail and care it deserves.

If I didn't already have an attorney for 5 years, I would have gone with Mr. Talley's group. His updates are helpful in knowing SOMETHING is actually being done. This is BIG business for J&J but personal to us; the plaintiffs. I believe that good will win over bad, as I had 2 replacements and 3 revisions. I still have pain but have to live with it because of the problem with abuse of narcotics. After all this time, I have lost a lot of faith. The legal system is such a disappointment to me. This should not be allowed to continue but as long as Dupuy can push it out they will and with absolutely no guilt. We live in America after all.
