Kim, is absolutely one of the greatest attorneys I've spoke with. Highly intelligent and is clear as to what her abilities are and how she can help you. She's very informative in "do's and don'ts" but also sincere. THE ONLY REASON I did not retain her is because of her cost vs my financial situation. This is a verified real review that was also posted on Yelp by myself: After an exhaustive search of narrowing down to find the Best family and divorce attorneys in Sacramento, we found Kim Ma with the Law Office of Cameron Fernandez. Wow, Kim is a breath of fresh air. She communicates very well and quickly returns emails/phone calls. Kim knows the law and moves the divorce process through the laborious and complicated court system. She is realistic about expectations, transparent in what she does, provides updated monthly billing summary, and is a genuine advocate. I only wished I found Kim Ma sooner. I had a previous lawyer that I spent way too much money and time on. I did much of the paperwork and research for my previous lawyer. On the other hand, Kim took care of all the court paperwork including the write up and serving papers. She did this all strategically at the right time and was not delayed due to the lack of communication or commitment from the other party. The office of Cameron Fernandez is always clean, professional, and friendly. They are not the cheapest but I strongly believe in getting what you pay for. I found the best quality lawyer in Sacramento and I plan to stick with her for all my family law matters until my kids are 18 years old. I will definitely recommend her to all my friends and family.

I first met Kim over a year ago when my current wife and I encountered problems completing our divorce ourselves. She was initially hired on a consulting basis. This year, to finalize our efforts, we retained her to review our paperwork and submit corrected and updated forms on our behalf. Kim has been my lawyer the past two years and truly has been my guiding light through the dark path of child custody court. Kim is great at listening but come end of the conversation she will always give you her honest advice or recommendation based on what is factually best for your case. She is not a lawyer that will just tell you what you want to here. Kim knows the laws inside and out and will always fight for what is right. She is always respectful and diplomatic when speaking and will fight hard when she knows the other party is in the wrong. So many times I would be frantic and reach out to Kim who would quickly calm my nerves. Kim helped me get my high conflict custody case to a place that is much less stressful and as of now no future hearings are set. She also recently helped me in my child support case and was able to expose many of the other parties false claims and help me to ensure my child gets the support she needs.
