Great communication, smooth process, clear expectations, timely manner

I would definitely recommend Chris Cain for any traffic violations in Monterey county or thru highway 101. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and was always responsive/easy to get ahold of if I had questions. He showed up to court for me and got my 2 point violation down to 1 and helped me avoid suspension. I would definitely hire him again if needed.

TL;DR: Definitely recommend Mr.Cain as your attorney. I am so grateful to have Mr.Cain as my attorney on my case. I was not expecting much because of how serious my case was (overspending at 106mph according to the police) but Mr. Cain exceeded my expectation with a win on the case. Not to mention how smooth the experience was as he was very responsive and adjusted my concerns in timely manners.

Chris went above and beyond to assist in getting a minor misdemenor charge dismissed. He was extremely responsive, communicated in a manner that was understandable, and provided myself and the court with all of the appropriate documents. He has incredible insight into the law and the courts, so if you want to win (or your best chances therof), Chris is your guy!

Chris is the best lawyer I’ve ever dealt with I have used his services for a couple of traffic tickets that he severely reduced my fine and points on my license. We received a speeding ticket going over 100mph on our weekend getaway back from SF. We reside in Southern California so you can imagine how inconvenient it would be for us! We were facing two points, license suspension, and a hike in insurance payments. Eager to find the right representation, we must have called at least 10 attorneys both local and non local. Majority of the attorneys responded the same way and no one really stood out. They did not take the time of day for me let alone assure me of their confidence. Chris was the total opposite and immediately stood out from the rest. I have nothing good to say about this firm. Ms. Perlman does not care about the family unit nor does she care to help her clients in a timely manner. She took several months and weeks to get back to us on requests and was not constructive or thoughtful with legal advice. Front office staff is very RUDE and disrespectful with inquiries on the status of case. The experience with this firm only made our vicissitudes more challenging and dividing.

I highly recommend Chris Cain Law. Chris was calm and professional helping my daughter with a speeding violation. From a crippling two point and seven years in her record charge he was able to negotiate a workable one point three years. Chris will map out your options and will try what realistically can be done under the law and the constraints of one’s case . He was able to negotiate a better outcome for my daughter .
