Jamey Dolowich handled my criminal case against me and did an excellent job in my defense to the point where I no longer had to worry or stress about the future of my career. He is the best lawyer I have worked with, from professionalism, to attention to detail, to being personable and very reachable by phone and email. He clearly cares about his clients and does a superb job. He is very knowledgeable, and was very team oriented in his approach with working with another professional. I don't know anyone who works harder than him 7 days a week, available for questions and consultations, and gets back to you extremely quickly so you are not left hanging. He is really great at what he does and I highly recommend him.

So pleased with the outcome of my case thanks to Dylan and Jamie's expert experience and professionalism. I was arrested on a warrant from 2013 (first arrest in my life) and charged with three counts of felony for what I felt I was initially being over charged with for the little amount of evidence the police filing report explained on those felonies. Anywho, my case lasted about 3 months and I ended up taking a plea bargain of two misdemeanors, 3yrs probation and 30 days of community service and of course all those additional court fees. Rather that than 3 counts of felony on my record for a petty theft which lacked so much evidence to begin with but then again I decided not to fight due to the fact I work and live in SF and didn't have time or the patience to have this case linger on. Thank you Jamie and Dylan for taking care of business just as you promised and working with me on monthly financial payments for your excellent work. I recommend these two outstanding lawyers to anyone.

Just 5 stars? They deserve more. Unfortunately, earlier this year, I was online searching reviews and looking for an attorney to get help for my son and promised myself, if I found a great attorney, I’d take the time to let others know as well. My son had very serious charges against him, 7 felonies and over 1 million dollars bail and I knew he was innocent. I met with several attorneys before meeting with Jamey and Dylan and I had a criteria that was important to me. • an expectation of communication and updates during the process • a willingness to seriously investigate my sons account of what happened • a belief in seeking out and willing to work for the best outcome , including trial and for the game plan to not change because an offer was on the table. • A belief in my son’s innocence, until proven otherwise and that the outcome on his life was worth doing whatever it would take to fight • A level of care for both my son and I • An attorney that seemed truthful that I could put my trust in • An attorney that wasn’t going to say one thing ( before hired ) and then another thing, 3 weeks later These guys were all of the above and more. After meeting with them once and setting up follow up, they had gone to the jail on their own and met with my son. They acknowledged the seriousness of the charges but also the hope in the system, investigations and hopeful outcomes. Any time I called them, a returned call within the day, always. They had an awesome private investigator that was on the case immediately. They treated me and my son with respect and care, while we were going through such a dehumanizing and difficult thing and I will always be thankful for that. I could go on and on, truly , but the other part you also want to know is… All charges dropped. In spite of offers made by the court, these wonderful attorneys did not lower their standards or expectations to take an offer just to close the case and go on to the next . They were willing to go to trial before accepting any offer that wasn’t what we all believed in and felt was the best outcome for my son. These are the guys everyone “ hopes” they get when they hire an attorney . My son was in a physically abusive relationship and “ the day before” this occurred, he confided in me that he couldn’t take the abuse anymore and wanted to leave. We had a plan that day to remove his things from their shared apartment when he got off work and at the last minute, he decided he needed more time, so that on his exit, he didn’t leave any personal items, vehicles behind because she would destroy them. Zoom ahead 24 hours and she physically attacks him when she learns he wants to leave and then sets him up with the police. Please, if you or someone you know is in an abusive relationship… get out now, tomorrow could be too late. …. DID I SAY GREAT ATTORNEYS AND ALL CHARGES DROPPED ? They’re nice guys, truly and they have a high level of care/ respect that they treat clients/families with. They will keep you in the loop. They will work their tails off to get you the best outcome and they know what they’re doing and they’re great at it. These guys were the best from start to finish.

From the start, Jamey worked with me to accommodate some difficult scheduling/meeting issues, being flexible with his own time and my need to meet out of his office locale. Also, he took on more than I initially engaged him to do, and at no additional cost. His strategy meetings and preparation for my meeting with the DMV personnel was thorough and anticipated all of the questioning so that I was fully prepared and we were successful. He was realistic as to my case and made no false promises, but actually, the case turned out better than we could have hoped for. He was reassuring and related to me as a person, more than just a client and I was comfortable throughout the process, which has concluded with total success on all issues.

Taylor and Dolowich are a great team! Last year I had a sticky situation where I had a received a warrant for my arrest via mail. This was somewhat of an easy issue that I thought I could handle because a family member used my name for a ticket he received for possession. I thought I could handle this because I was innocent; however I was wrong. The citing officer and his supervisor didn't want to hear my story, so I went to see Taylor and Dolowich for a consultation. They immediately made me comfortable and gave me peace of mind. Within minutes of signing my contract, Dolowich took my information and Taylor was typing up my information. These guys work fast! I met with them late Wednesday afternoon and they were still able to squeeze in a court date by Friday morning. The fact that these guys were former Public Defenders helped with them knowing exactly how court schedules and all the Judges work at the Salinas Courthouse. They handled everything for me and I never missed a day of work. They worked around my scheduled and kept me in the loop of everything. They were able to speak to the original citing officer and forward charges to the guilty family member. Furthermore, they filed a "Factual Innocence" document with the court to erase this incident from my record (something I could never do if I represented myself). The factual innocence document was a really important thing for me because I plan to apply for a job that does background checks.

We were less than hopeful when my husband wrongfully arrested. We thought the situation was resolved dealing with it by ourselves, but over a year later a warrant was issued. My husband called Jamey and we hired him to defend him in court. After quite a few continuances all from the DA, Jamey got the case dismissed and gave us our lives back. We highly recommend him and will refer to anyone in need of a great lawyer.
