Michelle Wouden helped me get a second chance. Awesome public defender. She made things bearable for me in a horrible situation, because of her help I was treated as someone who needed help and not just some random criminal.

I was assigned Michelle late in 2013, as a result of restaffing in the public defenders office. After working in my case for a very emotional year, with a different lawyer, I was not excitect with the switch. It turned out to be the best thing ever. Michelle is super responsive, very diligent, and what I am most impressed with is the level of care, coupled with her follow through. People can say what they are gonna do all day. Michelle gets it done.
