Mr. J.W. Romeyn has over the past 18 month assisted Admeo, Inc., a California Corporation, in establishing bylaws for the corporation in which there are EU based shareholders and thus requiring corporation with overseas attorneys. In addition, Mr. J.W. Romeyn has assisted in forming a distributor agreement for the corporation's relationship with a EU based supplier and finally Mr. J.W. Romeyn has assisted in forming a rational set of "Terms of Sale and Delivery" for the corporation's dealings with domestic customers. Admeo, Inc. is focused on supplying the US wine industry with instruments, analytical processors and consumables for the analysis of quality parameters in wine.

Mr. Romeyn has facilitated our business transactions and resolved business disputes which include several lease amendments since January 2008. He is consistently responsive, creative, knowledgeable, practical, and reasonable in cost.
