Mr. Lalley has good foresight in a case. He is about his money and he is worth it. I wish I could have afford him through the entire process.

David Singer was assigned to my case after a year of Amador county courts switching public defenders and having me come to court monthly for the whole year while living 2 hours away. David Singer did not tell me the deal involved assault which did not occur at all, even the police reports don’t describe any sort of assault. After a year of misery I trusted David, and now found I was totally screwed and now am a “violent offender”. Don’t trust or listen to this man without really looking into the deal you sign, if it hasn’t been a year of being jerked around I would have paid more attention.
