I contacted Prestige Documents regarding our case. I explained in detail about the case and that an Answer to the Complaint needed to be filed within 12 days. That we were on a limited time frame and our daughter was going into the hospital so I needed to make sure this could be taken care of. After a long conversation I was assured they have handled specific cases like ours and it would be $350 to do the Answer to the Complaint. We sent over our documents and paid the $350. Six days later while our daughter was in the hospital I received a phone call that they could not answer the complaint. Leaving us 2 1/2 business to try and find an attorney or paralegal firm to complete the paperwork. It also required my husband to have to leave the hospital 4 hours from our house so he could resend documents if need be. 16 days later, calls and emails and we are still waiting to be reimbursed, not to mention the $50 they are keeping for "review" of the documents we sent. They made two already hard situations even harder and took our money.

I went into the San Bernardino office and spoke with Connie about some paperwork I needed to get filed and after the meeting was over I left with great info on my cases and didn't have to pay. Connie was very helpful and also very caring. I couldnt ask for more :)

Very helpful with all my court cases. They explained everything that they were doing, and explained everything I had to do. I would suggest anyone who needs help with court papers to go to them.
