Horrible customer service was told id get a call back multiple times never heard from them kept calling them to reach someone but no help. Useless. Thanks for nothing. Now somebody else gets my money.

If I was able to give K more star’s I DEFINITELY WOULD. They are so helpful and going to them has allowed me to feel stress free due to all the hard work they put in into your case. She is helpful, caring, professional and supportive. And they work so hard to give you everything you need in a timely manner. The space they provide is very clean everyone is helpful and friendly.

when I say heart of Gold I mean Heart of Gold not only did company listen to every detail and concerns, they had compassion was so delightful respectful and confidential each time i went into office was treated with dignity and respect paperwork was done in timely matter very professionally. My wife and I came to Kei's office for an emergency court hearing, it was filed Monday and got the court hearing by Wednesday the same week, and with Kei's amazing Declaration work the judge granted my wife's request! Kei helped me with legal paperwork although me and her didn't get along to well she is good at preparing documents would I refer people to her yes I would just because she didn't work out for me doesn't mean she won't work out for someone else

Kei and her staff did a phenomenal job filing the paperwork for me, and listening to me during my time of need. Kei's professionalism of 14 years shows through the paperwork we filed. Even if I took a whole month to do the paperwork and declaration, I still would have not been close to the quality that Kei has done for me. She is really amazing at getting the facts quick, and knows what to look for when you are explaining your circumstance. I went there for family law need and I'm glad I did so. From experience, filing legal paperwork is a nightmare, and I highly recommend to save the time and energy for your case and leave the paperwork to the professional which is Kei. I will definitely be telling my friends and family about her for many years. I can't thank her and her staff enough.
