I don’t normally write reviews but Mr. Kuntz deserves the credit for the work he did while representing me and saving my nursing license. Unfortunately I made the mistake again of driving after drinking and was charged with a second dui. I was devastated that I could lose my nursing license being a second dui. I could have used the original attorney but Mr. Kuntz had really great reviews from a lot of people and something in my gut told me to try him. I’m so glad I did. In the consultation he listened to me and understood the importance of trying to save my nursing license and assured me he would do everything in his power to help me. And that he did. Mr. Kuntz always kept contact with me and kept me updated. Whenever I texted him for anything he would always respond in a timely manner. He had me join in on the DMV meeting over the phone and really fought for me. He appeared in court for me and only had me go to court twice and he fought hard for me when speaking to the Judge on my behalf. Mr. Kuntz did a miracle, he was able to negotiate with the District Attorney to lower the charge from a dui down to a wet and reckless. It was difficult because it was my second dui and there was a car accident as well but Mr. Kuntz pulled it off and the dui was dropped and got a wet and reckless which saved my nursing license. I was his first juvenile dependency case… worst mistake especially after the referral from Pot Brothers at Law which I had to fire. Not only was he not proactive the Deputy County Counsel Catherine Wollard gave him the runaround for 9 months. He was upset when another attorney wanted to give him aid but he was confident we were getting FM then when we didn’t he threw a temper tantrum and withdrew himself. He wanted me to fire him but I couldn’t afford to hire another attorney. Now he doesn’t want to give a refund. He literally did nothing on my case but says he logged so many hours of phone calls between us????? I should have got an experienced lawyer. He even gives gift cards for reviews. Why do you think he has 5 stars. Not from the service I received for sure.

Brought my sister in to see Mr.Hughes and he helped her out. He went over everything professionally and made my family feel comfortable, which is the most important thing. Will be recommending him to anyone who needs help.
