I’ve needed gotten a ticket before especially not in California. I was connected to Mr. Campbell and I’m glad I was. The office is very nice and will make sure they keep you up to date. The got my ticket dismissed!!! Won’t go into details but me going to jail and losing my license was definitely in the table however no me thanks all to Mr. Campbell!

I got a speeding ticket on a road trip passing through Needles, CA that I really could not afford on my record and I live several states away. I called several other places too but this office seemed like the best fit because of the location and it was a reasonable price. This was my first experience hiring a lawyer to fight a case for me and wasn't sure how it would go, also the long waiting period up to the scheduled court date made me nervous. However J Brian Campbell's office had such great customer service whenever I called or emailed. They challenged the ticket for me on schedule and I finally got the best possible outcome- case dismissed!!

I hired James Brian Campbell to assist me with a speeding ticket I got cited for. My case was handled at the Riverside Superior Court. The officer appeared for the trial but my case was dismissed successfully. The staff at the office was responsive and on top of my case. I was issued a speeding citation on 9/24/15 in Barstow by the CHP. I don't live anywhere near San Bernardino County and did not have time to fight the ticket. I retained my services with a different attorney, but Mr. J. Brian Campbell had ultimately taken over my case as my counsel. He kept me informed through e-mails with relevant updates, and showed up for all my court appearances. On 8/25/16, my case was dismissed. I was stunned, and I don't know how he did it, but I have never been so impressed and thankful in my life. In December of 2014 I was charged with a DUI. I crashed into a brick wall near my house then drove home. Moments later police knocked on my door made me perform testing for alcohol and said I did not pass. then the breathilizer came out and I blew a .08 witch in the great state of California is a DUI. I went to jail and a few days later called Brian Campbell and found him on this site. He was very knowledgeable and professional. After paying a very affordable fee Brian went to work and months later my DUI was reduced to wet and reckless driving and my hit and run was dismissed! Great lawyer! Best money I've ever spent! And the best part was I never had to go to court! He handled everything.

I received a traffic citation in Victorville for making a left turn on red at the intersection of Amargosa and Palmdale. The light was actually yellow, but the motorcycle cop thought otherwise. I contacted the law office of Shaffer Cormell to dispute the ticket, and the case was turned over to J. Brian Campbell. The handling of the case by the law office was very professional, and Mr Campbell was successful in getting the citation dismissed. I can recommend him without reservation.

I think James Brian Campbell did a great job for my speeding case. I was charged with speeding 92 in a 70 on I-15. James Brain Campbell helped handled the case. He represented me in court and helped me reduce the charge to a non-moving violation. Although the price is higher and it is worth the efforts and a clean record.

I'm a CDL driver and my license is my career. So when the officer cited me for going 6 miles over the limit for passing another vehicle obviously I felt it unfortunate and unfair. I'm from Florida and I knew it would be expensive to travel back and forth. Anyway, after hiring Mr. Campbell he handled everything as I requested and got the ticket dismissed without me coming to court.

I affirm that I have no affiliation with Mr Campbell's office. My sole relationship with Mr Campbell is as his client. When I was charged with driving 102mph through Barstow (on my way home to San Diego CA from Las Vegas NV, I interviewed 5 attorneys' offices. Brian was the only attorney to actually take the interview himself... all other offices were represented by sales people. This impressed me, as did his deep knowledge of the system. He told me that he had handled 100 of these type of cases over the last 2 years with a 99% charge reduction rate (102mph is a much greater charge than 100mph) (while the other offices' sales people could not offer any firm figures or stats). I asked him about the misconduct on his file, and he was happy to defend it (as he has done publicly on AVVO). Apparently it relates to an unrelated (non- traffic or criminal law) matter of many years ago which happened during period of a horrific family stress. So, I decided to remove the misconduct from my decision making and hired him above any of the other attorneys appearing at the Barstow court, including the higher rated attorneys on AVVO (as they all gave me sales people to speak with). A 102mph excessive speeding charge is still an infraction but seeks a 2 point conviction and holds a mandatory appearance. I was thankful to learn from Mr Campbell that the law allowed him to appear for me in my absence and that I would not need to return to Barstow. I trusted Mr Campbell to appear for me, and he managed the entire case in my absence. He kept me informed via email throughout his expert navigation of the system. Of course I was nervous that he might fail me because I did not know him otherwise, but I now have a letter from the court confirming that he adequately represented me and that my case was DISMISSED (ie I was found not guilty) because the charging officer failed to adequately defend the charge.
