We used Mary and Bay Wealth Legal Group to create our entire estate plan (trust, will, health care directive, power of attorney, etc.). She was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and reasonably priced. In short: - She gave me a reasonable price quote (and for more straightforward documents, she will charge a flat fee). When she anticipated that she would go slightly beyond the quoted amount (reasonable in the circumstances), she gave me a heads up in advance. - She was personable and easy to discuss very private matters with (such as our finances). She gave us good advice and helped us think through the issues without being overbearing. - Each time she sent us documents, they were accompanied by a very helpful and clear cover letter that called our attention to the important details and spelled out what steps we needed to take. - She was organized and timely. - She helped us with the entire suite of documents (trust, will, health care directive, durable power of attorney, etc.).
