Mr. Spencer is simply the best, he closed out a class action lawsuit that he took on 5 years ago for me and my family. This man took his time and educated me and my girlfriend and remained honest and sincere through everything. He told us everything he did and most of all didn’t judge us. I was just so happy to be heard and seen and Mr Spencer made us feel like we are important no matter what , and the place that we sued was closed down and I was happy beyond happy they had no business operating the place as such and taking people money. Ultimately I literally can’t express how much The Spencer law Firm has helped me and my family out more than 100 thank you’s, Hands down the best lawyer and law firm I’ve ever had.

Let me just say this there is not enough words to express my deepest thank you’s and gratitude to The Spencer Law Firm, He settled us out in class Action Lawsuit which just ended this year and when he first took on the case me and my family were homeless and a mess, he took the case and walked us through every step of the process, remained patient with us and never judged our situation just always remained professional and we were able to contact him by phone or email and he responded promptly. When the case was over I told Mr. Spencer don’t lose my number you’re still my lawyer, I mean he won the class action Lawsuit and we were more than happy. He did a case for me back in 2020. What started out to seem like a great client and lawyer relationship. I, soon began to realize he was super condescending and flat out rude. Comes off super nice, but can jab you with a Karen comment. He would put me down by suggesting since you’re only a minimum wage worker, just find another job. Not really asking if I had any degrees or not, just going off my last job title. So, I could have a full on Bachelor’s, and I just kept letting him make those little comments. He did the bare minimum for my case & honestly I wasn’t very happy with the outcome. I wish I took my case elsewhere. Give your business to someone that still has compassion for their clients, empathy for people and still love what they do. He obviously lost it, in all the cases he’s managed in his career and it shows. Hope this helps someone!

I agree with both the other negative reviews, this guy takes your money & does nothing at all. He is not even on your side & after I fired him my new attorney proved my innocence. Jim wanted me to take a plea bargain after I had documentation proving my innocence. Unfortunately he doesn't refund your money either. I wasted 30K on him & paid 10K to the other guy to clear my name

Honestly I would have to say that the past 2 years have been the toughest and most stressful years of my life due to my pending criminal case and everything that comes along with it. But the one thing I can be thankful for is having Mr Riddet as my attorney. He has not only saved me from possibly years of jail time but he has also been very kind, up front and honest about everything from day one and has never made false promises to me. He is a straight shooter and very up front and honest. As a matter of fact the one thing I've noticed about him is that he under promises and over delivers. Both him and his team are the best in the business and honestly the only good thing that has happened to me since my criminal case began. Just to give you a little background on my case, I had a very complicated and high profile criminal case with over 20 felony counts. I probably made over a 100 calls to all kinds of different criminal lawyers and heard all kinds of different sales pitches and as a matter of fact I even hired two other lawyers prior to Mr. Riddet. They were all liars and crooks. Please save your money and do not go with anybody else. This man has saved me from going to jail and has given me a second chance at life. If you are reading this post, I have been exactly where you are today and I have felt the fear, pain and stress of dealing with the nightmare of legal issues but now I can say that I'm a free man and I am in a whole another situation because of Mr. Riddet and his firm. I hope that you take every word of this review to heart and let them save your life. He is top class and is the best at what he does. Mr. Riddet and Mr. Bienert, I simply can't thank you enough for all your hard and kind work but I hope this review would show a bit my gratitude for you and you hard working team. I was charged with felony embezzlement. I provided Mr. Riddet with the supporting documentation of my innocence. He failed to follow-up with the DA as he promised to ensure that they received the information prior to them considering the filing of charges. He did not do that. The DA then charged me with felony embezzlement. It was only after I terminated Mr. Riddet as a result and hired another defense counsel to submit the information to the DA were the charges dismissed. I was a relatively "high-profile" financial executive whose pristine reputation was ruined as a result of false charges. He may have a significant amount of experience and knowledge, but I would never trust him with any amount of responsibility.

I hired this lawyer to defend me on a possession with intent to sell case, and he refused to listen to any of my side of case. He told me it was a waste of time and all the "legal" advice he gave me was don't smoke pot anymore. It was a real waste of both our time, and my money. I will not recommend him to anyone I know.
