Very reliable staff. Compassionate of one's case. Everyone was very respectful. I highly recommend the office of Jacob J. Sapochnick. They will be honest and truthful.

I don't usually write reviews but they seem to have messed up my case. I file to renew my Employment Authorization and my lawful presence here in the U.S. every two years. This time it didn't go well at all, It was a different person than the last two times (4 years) that I have filed. I won't name the new employee that helped me this time but it took place 5 months ago. She was a bit rushed when I went in to review my application. She was going out of town for a few weeks so she was trying to get a lot done that day before she left. I asked her to please hand it to someone else if she didn't have time or that I didn't mind waiting a few more days when she returns as long as it was done right. I signed my application, paid my fees and provided all necessary documents. Its been almost 5 months now and my work permit/lawful presence document expires in a few weeks. At this time I should have gotten my new card but I didn't. I called their office to obtain information to make sure everything was going ok, I was patient since I just figured the process time around was much slower. I called for 1 month, all January, once ever week, they always said they would return my call but never did until I finally asked to speak to someone in charge. Turns out the employee that helped me no longer works there, something they could have told me the first time I called. They told me they didn't have my application at all, or any copy's of when I filed this time. The answer to that was that they lost it in a water leak, either immigration returned my application because it was not done right or that it was never sent. They kind of went in circles but didn't give me a definite answer. I have to go through the process again and file another application, which is completely out of the timeframe that immigration recommends. At this point I will not have lawful presence in the US, I will loose my work permit and my drivers license. I graduate from school soon and this has drastically changes my plans, I couldn't take a paid internship or can no longer work at the moment until this gets resolved. Jacob himself has been very helpful these last few years and very professional, he does great job. However, the customer service with the staff has gone down a lot. Mind you, I'm a very patient person and very understanding, and don't like to be rude/bad customer at all. But they seem to be taking a lot more clients than they can handle now and the quality of customer service is not the same, tough to keep track of all of them, the waiting lobby is always full when I go and they run out private of space to speak with clients, due to overbooking or no planning. I use to get updates regarding my case in the past, not anymore. I know they are very busy and there is a lot going on now but there no longer seems to be any organization. If you come to this office expect to be very patient, take initiative to follow up even if they say they will call you back, show up in person if you have to. Maybe every case is different but the customer service seems the same all around. I have a sibling who is currently filing with them as well, she's had a similar experience so I can't say I'm the only one. Given my experience I advice to keep good track of everything. I haven't had any problems at all until now. I just hope that applying really late won't hurt the changes of renewing my documents and immigration rejecting my application because the outcome literally defines my future. Now to wait another 3-6 months.....

I can only highly recommend the services of Yingfei Zhou if you, like me, need to get a TN Management Consultant status. It's not an easy category to apply for but thanks to her expertise, dedication, knowledge and quick turnaround time, I felt confident and well prepared for the interview at the border. The officer there congratulated me on how thorough and put together my application was and happily granted me a 3-year visa. Thank you Mrs Zhou!

I think it is best law office so far I heard and experienced. Yingfei was helping through my documents and process. SHE IS AMAZING!! She absolutely knows what she does. Clear answers. No waste of time. I want to thank one more time from here as well!

Jacob is a great attorney. I had 4 cases with him already and all of them were a success. He is very smart, think outside the box and prepare a solid case. I recently applied for my E-2 with Jacob's firm. everything was pretty straightforward. We went through business plan together and planned the future of the business on solid grounds. Lupe took good care of our case with the vision of Jacob. Highly recommend him.
