What would you do when you plan a visit to your home country and get stuck because of the visa issues -CALL JACOB SAPOCHNICK. Jacob and his team has been helping me since 2010.H3 Visa then H1B and I just received K1 visa. Last year I went to India to visit my family. I had to go for visa interview at the embassy since I only had paper visa and did not have H1B visa stamp in my passport. On 1st january 2013 during the interview at US Embassy, New Delhi, the VO officer told me that he is going to review my case. On Aril 9th after 3 months of long wait I received my passport back with letter that Embassy has sent my case back to USCIS to review or possible revocation. It was very devastating as I only had planned my visit for a month. I had a rented apartment, phone bills, house bills, a car etc. in US. I talked to my Fiancé and we decided to apply for fiancé visa. I contacted Jacob right away and he said it is possible as my case is genuine. During this process everyone in Jacob's team were very patience, helpful and available. Even though we had almost 12 hours of time difference (Between India and US) and I was living on the other side of the world, they were always prompt in reply. We asked Jacob to rescue an ongoing L1B application that was under a second RFE after an initial refusal. Jacob has done an amazing job turning this application around and getting an approval. Jacob has then handled our L1A renewal, which has also undergone an intense scrutiny. Again, Jacob has defended our case amazingly well, and we received a second approval. We then asked Jacob to handle various other cases (H1Bs, J1s) which he successfully processed. Finally, last but not least, Jacob has filed our Green Card processes which recently came through! So we've worked with him from turning around a messy L1 all the way through Permanent residency. I was disappointed with my previous lawyer who handled my H1-B transfer case. She was hard to reach; she would only communicate via email, and was unreachable by phone. I don't know how it happened, but before even meeting with JACOB J. SAPOCKNICK our US Immigration Lawyer, we had his cell phone number. This is how close Jacob is to his clients. During our meeting Jacob listened to my wife with great attention. Actually, she was trying to apply for the US CITIZENSHIP and she needed help with the N-400. When she explained to him her situation, he listened to her with carefully. Very quickly, he told us what, in her case, was important in the eyes of The Immigration Services. After that, he guided us so, we could fill out properly the questionnaire. Without pressuring us, he made sure to have every thing sent to his office on time. How he did it remains a mystery! I purchased the TN1 Visa Expert Kit along with the services of the Law Offices of Jacob J Sapochnick. I soon realized that my case came with few challenges and decided to let Mr. Sapochnick put together my case properly. The day of my interview, I presented my file to the agent, I was asked to wait and few minutes later, I had my Visa in hand. This is without even having been interviewed by anyone. I hired Mr. Jacob to apply for E2 Visa which we did after we got all the documents ready in less than 2 months(very fast). I got the approval notice 2-3 weeks after we filed E2 even though we did not choose the premium option which is $1200-$1300 additional cost. I was very surprised because i was told it usually takes 2,3 months to receive the approval. There are many documents you need to get together before the application and sometimes you may not be able to provide all the documents because of your business type. Mr. Jacob has flexibility instead of asking whatever is written in the book, he always find another option to support the document that you are missing.
