I had the amazing opportunity to Interview Jacob as my guest on a Tele-Conference to a Social Media Mastermind Group I am facilitating. Jacob was very open and honest sharing with the group how he was able to grow his Social Media Community and his business. He shared many tools that he has used to gain 66,000+ followers on Facebook as well as many followers on other Social Media platforms. Jacob made suggestions to a few of the businesses that will be helpful for their Social Community Growth. He provided suggestions about blogging and creating a YouTube Channel. I was referred to Attorney Jacob Sapochnick by a friend of my mother's a few days before returning to Europe from my vacation in the US. I wanted to stay in the US to study but didn't know how and was very confused about the whole process and what I would need in order to do that. I had already spoken to two other very upscale lawyers and even paid money to one of them but was told I have to leave the US and it would have been a long and very confusing process. I therefore called Mr. Sapochnick the same day I got his contact, he took the time to explain all my options and met with me personally the next morning. Within a week I had an application to get my student Visa, the process was so smooth, his office took care of every detail in an extremely rapid, professional and friendly fashion. I did not have to return to Europe and got my Student Visa within a couple of months and started to study. As a student, I had to go back home for a few weeks, and since I was leaving the US I needed to pass by the embassy and get a student Visa stamp on my passport, which is a whole new process. Mr. Sapochnick and his staff were extremely helpful, very efficient in telling me exactly what to do and the whole process went smoothly within less than a week I got the Visa Stamp and returned to the US successfully. I am very happy with his expertise and service, it has changed my view about lawyers for the rest of my life! :) and I would recommend him to anyone that has an immigration issue to resolve or for doing any immigration process.

Me and my wife came to San Diego, CA to apply for a green card. We had to return to Israel to an important wedding in the family, So we had only 4 months to finish the process in order to get the GC (or get a travel permit before that). Jacob helped us do it in less than 3 months! the process was smooth and easy without any delays. We heard about Jacob from a close friend that have been in complex situation with his immigration status and Jacob's office helped him. Besides assisting with applying the papers, he spoke with our sponsor for helping him create a cover letter he had to supply, got us ready for the interview and was present there on that day in the USCIS offices. As a Canadian citizen I needed a TN work visa to speak at a conference in the US. I spoke to several different immigration lawyers and got a lot of conflicting advice - some of which turned out to be incorrect. As soon as I talked to Jacob J. I was in the US on an O1 visa and wanted to secure my stay by applying for the green card.
