“They told me they didn't have my application at all, or any copy's of when I filed this time. The answer to that was that they lost it in a water leak, either immigration returned my application because it was not done right or that it was never sent.”

“Ask about consultation fees up front with no answer, then they ask me " how can they help me", after I had to write the questions and information they said i had to schedule an appointment (125 for 20min). Why waste people's time?”
