Incredible law firm. I was struck by driver who left the scene and claimed he didn't hit me. Josh Poulsen and his team did a superb job in representing me, deposing witnesses, undercovering the facts, accident reconstruction, ensuring medical care and bringing the defendant and his insurance company to full accountability for the accident and my damages. He professionally managed and drove the nuanced technical legal aspects of this case aggressively and comprehensively. Mr. Poulsen kept me apprised and informed every step of the way. I decided to seek legal representation a little after a year had passed since my accident. Being completely honest, when I was told I should get a lawyer involved with my accident, I didn't want to. I've always been a bit hesitant when it comes to any type of lawyer/attorney. A lot of fears rooted in being taken advantage of, or an agency not being fully transparent. There was some push back from me but thankfully everyone that was involved throughout the process was patient and understanding. They checked up, provided follow up calls, and even checked in via email/text when calls were challenging for me. They were flexible and easy to work with. Anytime I reached out they'd get back to me really quickly. It usually was within a day or two. All documentation that was completed digitally, I was also provided physical paper documents which I loved. I felt they really represented me well, advocated for me, and educated me on my rights and the resources I had available to me. I didn't feel taken advantage of and felt their fees and processes were fair. I can't think of a single thing that I could complain about. Considering the circumstances , it really was a great experience. They made one of the more stressful seasons of my life, a million times better and I'm really grateful for everything they did!
