I recommend White and Amundson to the fullest degree for my wonderful experience with their counsel and staff. Despite challenging opposing party, Dan White maintained his composure and always negotiated in good faith. Dan White was ethical in the ways that he interacted with the plaintiff and in how he was honest with me. Even though I was involved in a frivolous lawsuit, it felt comforting to have Dan White's commanding and impressive personage. Mr. White showed great judgement in his negotiations with the plaintiff as well as myself. In the end, my needs were honored and my voice was heard, with much of the thanks being Creditable to Dan White. I would recommend his services, highly.

I am an attorney who has consulted with Dan on multiple occasions for advice on legal ethics situations. Dan is my absolute "go to" attorney on ethics issues. Dan White was represented to me to be an exceptional malpractice defense attorney. His advice to stall my former client's new attorney and just provide him his file - because Dan was certain my former client had blown the statute - got me not only sued by my former client but also got the State Bar involved. Eventually the lawsuit resulted in a walk away and the State Bar concluded nothing inapropriate had occured in my representation of my former client BUT Dan and his firm walked away with more than $30,000 of claimed fees albeit never having to file a responsive pleading in the matter. Dan even ended up billing me for he cost of the salad he ate in his office while he talked to me about my case - TWICE ! As soon as one year had passed and Dan was certain I wasn't going to sue him for malpractice, he turned around and sued me -
