I was names plaintiff in a class action against a local bus charter company. The company was using federal law to justify not giving the employees lunch breaks under a transportation law. It was a tricky case but Mr. Olsen took it head on. The results were very favorable for all previous and present employees.

I am the plaintiff in a pending new wrongful termination case. I am exceptionally well documented in my evidence against the defendant. So, when I 'shopped the case around' with several attorneys by phone & email, there was much interest. But Mr Olsen showed much more than interest in my story; he was invested in it. He was genuinely aggrieved and indignant that my company had fired me after I caught management forging my inspector's stamp & signature on FAA certs. That was just what I wanted.
