While I never had the goal to hire a law firm to deal with an employment issue, will say that I feel fortunate to have ended up with Haeggquist & Eck. I called a few firms and the intake person here had the most in depth understanding of my case and quickly referred it to a lawyer for further review. I appreciate the fact that we are on the same page with this issue and work collaboratively. I am impressed by the quality of every person I have come in contact with. The communication is top notch - they have been able to quickly understand the nuances of my situation and translate it into the legal arena. Not only is the quality consistently high, every person I have come into contact with has been kind, respectful and caring. I highly recommend them due to the high standard and caring environment.

I worked for a large company for over a decade with no issues. Suddenly I found myself in a situation warranting an attorney. I actually contacted several employment law firms, some would not get back to me, a couple would not help me because I was still working with them, and a couple that I did speak to just didn’t feel like a good fit. Finally I came across Haeggquist and Eck. Initially I left a message and I did have to make a follow up call, but I ended up speaking with Alreen and we set up a consultation. I felt like it wasn’t just me inquiring about the attorney, but the attorney inquiring about me, my experience and current situation. My takeaway was they weren’t just out to make a quick buck but seemed genuinely interested in making sure they could help me. I had the pleasure of working mostly with Jenna, Erin and Hope who were extremely knowledgeable and amazing through this ordeal. Though the legal system can be long and tedious, they walked me through every step and I never felt blindsided by any part of the process. The team was confident and transparent from beginning to end, any guidance provided was clear and straight forward, and they were always available to provide any clarification I needed. But most of all, regardless of how emotional or stressful this process was for me, there wasn’t a moment where I did not feel understood and supported by this team. Ultimately, we were able to negotiate a settlement I thought was fair and I’m looking forward to moving on from this negative chapter. Before I hired Haeggquist & Eck, LLP, I interviewed five of the top Employment law firms in San Diego. Haeggquist & Eck was the firm that spent the most time with me before I hire them.
